Eligibility for Refunds and Replacements

We only accept requests for refunds or replacements under the following conditions: The item is damaged, defective, or incorrect upon delivery. The order is lost in transit, and the estimated delivery window has passed (45 days for U.S. orders, 60 days for international orders, 110 days for certain restricted regions such as Brazil).The item received is significantly not as described on the product page.Reporting RequirementsCustomers must report damaged, defective, incorrect, or lost items within 30 days of delivery.All claims require clear photo or video evidence.
